Trying to Explain the Pain

I had my ovary and tube removed 12 years ago for a beign cyst. About three years ago I started experiences what I thought was a hernia.

I would feel a lump in my lower right pelvic area, the pain would radiate down my leg and was about a 9 or 10 on the richter scale. I would have to sit or lie down until it subsided. It comes and goes in a flash and I never know when I will have an "attack"

During the "attack", I will feel tightness in my abdomen but no nausea or vomiting. No MD has been able to feel it or tell me what I have.

After reading and research I have come to the conclusion that this has to be an adhesion. I have no other symptoms or suspicious bloodwork results.

I went to a new doctor today and she is sending me for an ultra-sound but I understand adhesions do not show up....it is just to rule out other things.

This problem really gets in the way of my life. I love to walk and there are days when I either can't exercise or have to return and sit or lie down.

Does anyone else have these type of symptoms?
