You need to give yourself 6-8 weeks to feel a bit better and hopefully see stomach release. Unfortunately, just because he took your uterus and 1 ovary out does not mean that adhesions will not return.
Everyone needs to remember that adhesions are a normal body reaction (scar tissue) and everyone who has had surgery will get them. Most people are not bothered by them, others (such as everyone on this board) are extremely troubled by them. This is why surgery is generally NOT the answer for most adhesion sufferers.
