Hi Kristin:
Dr. Cook is in California, he's been here
since the fall of 2000. When I first went
to him for surgery, however, he was practicing
in New Orleans. I traveled there from California.
Now that he's here in the Bay Area I don't have
far to go, thankfully.

You mentioned bladder symptoms. What kind of
symptoms do you have?
I'm curious, have you been evaluated for
endometriosis or Interstitial Cystitis?
