knee replacement and adhesions

Please Help!!!!!!! I have had a knee
replacement and a revision plus 9
arthroscopies so my knee is now full
of adhesions. So much pain I can
only walk for a short time. PT is not
helping what can I do. Too young
to be in this much pain.
