Adhestions from C-Section???

Hi! I have this pulled muscle feeling/tender to to the touch on my lower
right side, right above my C-Section incision line. My daughter just
turned 2 two last month. I have had this feeling I describe maybe 3
times before now, I have gone off my birth control pills in March and I
think this is the first time I'm having it since then. It's not a sharp
pain but feels like I pulled a muscle when I stretch my stomach muscles
and the area itself is sore and tender to the touch sometimes. Could
this be an adhesion??
I am calling my PCP tomorrow AM to check it out because I' m concerned
about this.
