When you say that your ovary was "stuck to" your bladder, do you mean via adhesions? Have you been diagnosed with adhesions?
This is a very painful disease and if you are taking pain medicines under Dr.'s care for the pain - and the medication allows you to have some sort of quality of life, you should not stop. If you are weaning off of them because you are truly ready to stop using the medication then that is great, but do only what you and your Dr. feel is right for your condition.
