Good luck to you as well, Rachel. I could have written your post as I
am experiencing all of the same things. I am having surgery again
because I can no longer deal with this pain and the pain pills barely
help anymore. I barely sleep and eat very little because having food
travelling through my intestines hurts like, well you know what. Are
they removing adhesions Friday? Will you be using a barrier? I am
worried about the pain after surgery as I have been on vicodin for such
a long time that it doesn't work as well as it used to. My pain dr
keeps upping the dosage rather than switching me to something else. The
elevated dosages make me very dizzy and nauseous and since those are
things I already experience after surgery, I don't want to make it worse
by trying to get pain relief. I am going to ask him for something
stronger for the few days after the procedure. Are you worried at all?
