Chasing my tail

Well I called NY and Dr. Reich's office. I figured I could fly out and
stay with my Dad and have surgery there, but his office told me he's on
sabbatical and not taking any new patients and he's doing surgery out of
the US (Grand Caymans) which I can't afford to go to.
I asked if there were any other doctors in the US doing the surgery
similar to Dr. Reich and they gave me the name of a Dr. Redwine in
Bend, Oregon. I looked up his site, but he's primarily an endometriosis
doctor and after taking the little test on the homepage determined that
he wouldn't be the appropriate doctor for me, seeing as how I've already
had a hysterectomy and endometriosis isn't my problem.
So now I'm back to square one again. I'm so frustrated in this search
that it's not funny.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated at this point.
Please don't suggest I save up money to go to the Grand Caymans. We can
barely afford to live week to week so that's out.
