I find that eating light and eating right helps.
I am down to soups and salads now. I am in alot of
discomfort with adhesions and am making an appt with
my gyn to discuss surgery options. I am going to
try myofacial release first and see if it helps at all.
I have been laxative dependant for years now and am
doing everything I can to avoid an obstruction. I
use a heating pad at bedtime to relax my abdomen and
a water colonic to keep things open. I feel the
occassional stabbing pain and feel the pulling. This
is usually after I eat. I do not eat nuts or popcorn
at all anymore. My stomach seems to be frozen as well,
and I have more and more trouble digesting as time goes
on.
I am getting more and more stories of people having
surgery only to wind up where they started. If I
had the money I would go to germany and get the best
surgeon I could find. I am glad this board is here.
Yours, Deborah
