I use multi enzyme formula tablets for gas. I have
actually heard gas bubbles inside my stomach and
intestines pop as a result. Vitamin World sells
them online Just take a half to start with some
water in the Am and in the PM. Be sure to drink
plenty of fluids to help. If all else fails, a
little Milk of Magnesia should help work it out.
