Thanks, after I asked about Metamusil, I tried
something called "Colon Cleanse" and it is working
pretty good for me. It doesn't wipe me out pain
wise.

Try to use a stool softener (ducosate sodium) without laxitive or stimulant
evry day rather than use a produt every couple of days. You can supplement
a senna tablet (stimulating) every other day in addition to the softener.
Try looking up natural fiber products as well.
