I was just reading about all the questions on
metamucil, etc...and what my docs have used is
a combo of things for me. I take 100mg of
colace and a senna tab every day. They also
prescribed Miralax...which you just mix in
liquid (fruit juice works best for me) as it
takes on the flavor of whatever you drink. I
go back and forth with the miralax because once
things get moving...they really get moving and
don't stop! When I get that way, I just cut
out the miralax for a day or two. Ask your
doc about it.
