May have to try that. The Colon Cleanse
I bought is better then the other stuff
but takes a couple of days but does not
make my stomach cramp

Kelly,
I was just reading about all the questions on
metamucil, etc...and what my docs have used is
a combo of things for me. I take 100mg of
colace and a senna tab every day.
