Yes, I have had this happen before. I had terrible
difficulty having a bowel movement and it looked
similar to what you describe. I had three partial
obstruction. The nurses, etc. kept saying that
there was no way that I could have one (this was
prior to a surgery) as i would be way too sick
and would have ended up in the hospital vomiting,
fever and severe pain. Well, I had all of that
and they wouldn't believe me. It was of course
due to adhesions.

My bowel movements are very skinny and shaped like a pencil.
This
disturbs me because I am thinking the colon must be
obstructed in some
way. Anybody else have this? Sometimes they are totally
flat.
