dilation and currettege (d&c)

If a women has a d&c, is there a possibility of scar tissue creating an
issue with conceiving afterwards? Also can the scar tissue cause a
change in menstural cycle and if so, could it lesson the amount of
bleeding and number of days for the cycle?
