Ann, this is inexcusable. How 'bout talking to a lawyer about pain and suffering. You've endured way too long and that pain specialist is committing a crime by not responding to your appointment. I'd even contact your insurance company and see if he billed for his services and let them know that you never were seen by him. That's insurance fraud and the insurance companies are really touchy about that. You could try calling the office and letting them know that you're filing a formal complaint with the insurance commission and see if they don't see you right away! Your suffering is real and you deserve to have your suffering dealt with!!! I sure feel for you and I'm praying that this response finds you already treated properly! Rebecca
