I had the lap, with the medicated gauze to prevent adhesions from the
intestines to the "scar" from the hysterectomy & my pain is back. I met
someone who said a second lap took care of the pain. My doc discourages
that, but referred me to a pain clinic. They can't see me for a month.
Does that work? What side-effects would that have? What's the best pain
med in the meantime? I can barely do anything, and anything I do makes
the pain worse. Anything other than sitting on the recliner with
heating pads. Help!
