Well,
It's my thought that the clinical trials are already closed in the US. I'm
not sure how many people are allowed to participate, but I have a feeling
it's not many and you're right, the criteria are very limiting.
I've been in touch with my surgeon and I'll find out the date of the next
surgery today. They evidently had a problem with my secondary insurance and
never got a call back from them, but I cleared up the issue today, so
everything is now a "go".
I'll be getting seprafilm again this time, so that's about the best they can
do....sheesh! It caused a lot more pain last time, and I had my first
obstruction less than a year after the last surgery. So much for that.
