bowel obstructions

Hello everyone
I had a question and could not find the answer on the internet hoping
you all could help me. I suffer from severe adhesions and
endometriosis, and IBS. I have had the runs real bad the past 2 months
i can not hold any food in. I read about bowl obstruction and i saw
that if you have a partial obstruction that you could have the runs. I
have had them so bad,And really bad bloating,and pelvic pain. What kind
of a test do they do to see if thats what you have? also everytime i go
it smells so bad and is green does anyone else have this problem? I am
not on any meds nor eat a lot of greens so i dont know how to explain
this. Thank you all
