tearing adhesions

recently I did some torso stretching. at one point, I felt a breaking
sensation with a little quick stinging. I know that I have adhesions
after surgery 10 yrs. ago., but assumed that the body was doing it's
repairs over time. It took 2-3 yrs. as 90% of the pain went away.
Am wondering if breaking up this further adhesion is the probable cause
of blood in the urine and if there is likely to be infection. I'm
uncomfortable, but not in pain. It's in the lower right quadrant and
flank.
