Seek a fertility specialist. The will move heaven and earth to find out whats causing your problems I would have an exploratory lap done by someone specializing in the field. You may have endometriosis, that would account for cramps and such bad pain. Adhesions are naturally a product of surgery so they may also be to blame. Yours, Deborah
