i think it depends on the person-for me fiber just kills me. I actually do
the low residue diet very frequently,but drinking a lot of water helps some,
i don't know what happened to the site either, nobody interested
anymore----i always enjoyed reading the messages, some things were pretty
good tips which i have tried and helped, like the low residue diet i am so
glad i read that one--------maybe people aren't interested or just gave up.
