Adhesion Surgery Options in South Africa

I am trying to find a specialist in South Africa, preferably in
Johannesburg, who deals with adhesion related surgery. I am resident in
an African country without appropriate surgery facilties and it looks
like I will have to travel to SA for surgery on adhesions. (My last
surgery for this was in another continent). Any contacts of specialists
/ clinics and suggestions would be much appreciated.
