looking for help in NJ

Hello everyone! I am in need of a doctor in this area (pain management
or just regular) that will help in pain control. I read all these
messages and it seems like everyone has found a doctor that is willing
to help them with the pain. . . me on the other hand can not seem to
find anyone willing to help me in this area. Not willing to go for
surgery yet but need to be able to take care of my kids. I really hope
that someone out there can mail me some names.
