Hi Christine,
I have been searching the web the past few weeks looking for people in my
shape. I had gallbladder surgery 1/25 of this year. Since then I have been
getting worse and worse with my pain.
It feels like I'm being stabbed in the ribs, and burns in my abdomen, I have
pains where my gallbladder used to be, my back aches ALL the time, I have
little stabbing pains throughout the day and night. My surgeon said IBS, I
said NO WAY, I went to my GP, he thinks it's nerve damage. After 2
ultrasounds, 2 CT scans, xray, the surgeon now wants me to see a
gasternologist (however you spell it), I don't want to waste my time. I
believe and my GP believes we know what it it. I don't know what my next
step is going to be but I do know I live with pain everyday
now and I the only pain I ever had before my surgery were migraines, and
they eventually went away with RX!! Thanks for listening, it's just nice to
know someone else out there understands my pain too!
