Tina, Also have them check for I.C. I also had a Hystorectomy, 6 years though for me. I had Adenomyosis (inside out Endo.) I never got bettter either. I also have that stabbing pain in the lower right quadrent. I have a diagnosis of Vulovdynia, and Pelvic Floor Tension. You could have Pelvic Floor Tension on that side. I live in Mich, and at the UOM they have a Pelvic Pain Clinic. You may want to find one in your State. Check at the University Hospital's. Im actualy on this group for adhesions from back surgery. Im on 3 support groups for Pelvic Pain and Vulvodynia. You may want to join another support group. I still suffer from Chronic Pelvic Pain and im no better. I dont know what I would do with out the support from the ladies in my support group. I dont have adhesions in the Abdomin, just in my back from back surgery. Good Luck Darlin. Hugs, Tami
