Sounds like you need to go up to 600 mcg on the Actiq. It comes that way
too. I used to have really bad problems with cysts too, and finally had the
ovaries removed during one of the resections. They would make me have a
bowel obstruction when they burst because the bleeding in the belly would
cause a huge increase in the adhesion production. Blood in the belly is a
known antagonist for adhesions. You might want to get yourself into the ER
tonight. It's not good to wait.
