Many drs. diagnose IBS when they don't have an answer for the pain and problems.
You could have your dr. send you to pain management. Unfortunately you have this option or surgery which doesn't always help.

Can anyone offer some direction? Have seen many doctors, had complete digestive diagnostics which came back normal. Three abdominal surgeries many years ago on lower left side. Have had severe distention, pain & gripping tightness around my navel.
