I was wondering if anyone has tried deep tissue massage to help with the
adhesions. I have pelvic adhesions & I have recently tried deep tissue
massage. It seems to have helped some. It actually seems to have given
me relief from the pain of the adhesions. I was wondering if anyone
else tried it & if they had the same results.
