Adhesion specialist in Boston or Providence

Does anyone know of a surgeon who is experienced in removing abdominal
adhesions?
I had a hysterectomy 15 years ago, and abdominal sugery 1 1/2 years ago
to remove ovarian cysts. My surgeon was unprepared for the vast number
of adhesions I had.
In any case, the cysts are back. Should I decide to undergo more
surgery, I want to find someone who is experienced in this area.
Any help would be appreciated.
