Any News on Spraygel Approval in US?

We've all heard for years about the success of Spraygel in Europe and
that the USDA has yet to approve it for use here in the States. Haven't
seen or heard a peep about where it stands, or even if anyone is pushing
for it. Just curious to know if anyone has any status updates.
