I have had 2 small bowel obstructions after my total colectomy,
presumably caused by adhesions. I don't have trouble with constipation.
Does anyone have a diet remedy or other remedy for decreasing the
likelihood the adhesions will cause another recurrence?
DOes anyone know if alternative methods such as acupuncture would help?
