actually feeling ok-today

Hi Everyone
I haven't posted in awhile so I thought I would drop a quick line.
I actually feel human again. I am now 2 months almost pain free.
I had my last surgery in Oct. for adhesion cut backs, November was hard
but I
am feel pretty good.
I just have to remember to watch my diet..ie no pasta,rice,fruit,ruffage
doesn't leave a whole lot but I'll make do.
I wish you all well & keep your fingers crossed for me.!
