pain again

hi just want to know if stress can cause the pain of the adhesions to
come back iv been pain free for a few months now but very stressed at
work and the last week the pain has been bad i had a hystorectomy sep
and have had problems with eating again and pain left and right side
this time.
i just carnt deal with this pain iv been on caperdex this week and the
pains there all the time im a child care worker with 4 kids under 4
every day iv even cut my weekend care because the pains so bed
any help would be greatly apriciated
