Exactly, even with being prescribed #240 percocet a month, the narcotic
control of pain was never mentioned in the decision.
SSA does NOT understand ARD....and I think this site needs an area where
other lawyers can talk to other lawyers who won ARD cases....This site
needs an area of law firms that won SSDI ARD cases....I wish I had that
info when I selected a law firm to represent me...I chose mine because
they had won an ARD case in the past. But, it took me forever to find a
firm.
