Tammy, I go to a massage therapist.  She works on my abdomen and my feet.  Some massage therapist's may not want to touch your stomach but there are areas on your feet that represent organs and they can work on your feet.  I can't think of what it is called but you could call around and ask.  I think it helps me.  I wish I could go more.  I think you really ought to try it.  If you can't find someone that will work on your feet, let me know and I will find out what it is called.  They use pressure on those areas on the feet.
