Hi,

I can relate to this. I have had four surgeries in 8 years. I would have had more but I wanted a child and wanted to keep my uterus. After my last surgery (May 07) my pain came right back. My surgeon said that he would never do another surgery on me unless it was absolutely needed. My pain came right back away. I have been in pain management but it is not helping me the way I had hoped.

I would like to start working out again but since my surgery in Sept. 06, doing what I used to do is impossible My weight has gone up abut 40 lbs and I hate it. Partly because I am a emotional eater and it always seemed that ice cream made me feel better. I always feel better when my weight is down. I am working at eating healthy high protein low carb meals. I also have started to eat more organic foods, especially milk and meats. If you are not already doing it eat more veggies and fruit. My weight is coming off slowly but surely.
