I won Social Security disability May 2007. My case took 18 months, and
my attorneys got the max of $5300 of my back pay.
You cannot apply for disability if your working.
I did my application online at http://www.ssa.gov
70% of people get denied the first round. Once your denied the initial
time, go to a law firm that specialize in Soc Sec Diability.
The key to winning the disability is have Doctors document how your ARD
affects your inablity to hold a job or be gainfully empployed. They do
not care so much about your disease as they care about how your disease
keeps you from being employed in some capacity.
