Adhesions found during colonoscopy

I recently had another colonoscopy done because of all the pain I was
having again.So after the procedure was finished, I was in horrific pain
and the doctor proceded to tell my sister that I have alot of scar
tissue in the Large colon. He suggest I see a surgeon about this. But
none of the surgeons I have seen want to touch me unless I have a full
bowel obstruction again.I am on pain meds to get me through work
everyday. I am back on soft foods and eventually will be on liquids.
Should I wait until I have a full bowel obstruction? I have heard many
people die from this and I don't want this to happen to me. Is there
any suggestions?
