Lynn,
My situation is very similar to yours. My pain management Dr told me to
do something for constipation that works the best for me because I am on
narcotics, which you probably know, causes very severe constipation. His
office did a study and they found that Miralax once a day and stool
softeners, 3 a day at the same time, does wonders. I do this every
night and never have constipation at all, except if I miss doing this
for a couple of nights. Hope this helps.
