Hi Amy. I did have that same issue too. They tested me for Celiac disease as well. Was negative, however they tried me on the "celiac diet" for 3 months which is gluten free. It made me feel better, but wasn't the cure all. Now and again, I still get the pale stools. They still don't know why. Good luck. jeanne
