1) wait - wait to see if the pain will subside on it's own 2) be mindful
of my overall health - eat well, exercise, meditate, rest 3) research
the net to see if there are any new products/procedures/solutions
available that help reduce adhesions 4) when the pain over takes me and
I am debilitated, I call the Doc and make an appointment for surgery.
and most important - visit the adhesion message boards and gain strength
from the community.
I am at #4, again, and feel strong and confident and supported by all
you lovely people. Thank you all so very much for openly sharing your
stories.
