Katie,

A sense of humor can get a person through almost anything! Good for you! As long as we have to deal with the darn things (adhesions), we must try to find and give joy wherever and whenever we can find it, however bad we hurt.

I'm glad, too, that you agree about the physical activity. It not only helps relieve the pain, but also lifts one's spirit.
