Hi Tracy, I get what you mean about the expenses of a trip to Germany; I spent years just suffering and suffering, but last year I was dying with the inability to go to have a bowel movement, terrible pain, nausea and violent vomiting, extreme weight loss. My family finally had enough and actually mortgaged their house. This was extreme but I am now alive and able to function pretty well. I feel for you being responsible for three kids and having to deal with this. If I could do something for you I would. We should have support groups in our communities where hands on help is available. The way it goes now is everyone feels you are not in as bad of shape as you say, or actually don't believe you at all. I was hoping my friends would get some sort of fund raiser going for me but I think this didn't happen because of what I suffered with; what are they going to say I have, something no one believes in?? In the last 4 months two sick people have had thousands of dollars raised in my town, for medical help and that makes me happy for them but sad I was not considered worthy of help. All the best with your new doctor. Let me know how it goes please.

Hi Donna,

Thanks so much for replying! As far as pain goes...there are good days and bad days. I often just feel lousy but I also suffer from chronic loose stools so my tummy often just feels like it's in knots....but sure if it's the adhesions or what is the root of my pain. Also I have been officially diagnosed with adhesions but going to Germany for treatment is out of reach for this single mom of three children....I am switching PC's and have an appt with a new doctor on March 3rd...just hoping this one will actually help me!
