Hi Geri

I read your dilemna which sounds very much like mine, and incidentally I am also Canadian, however live on the other side of Canada. I am pasting some interesting literature that I read, which you might find useful.

In November last year I went to visit my GP who put in a request for an appointment with a specialist for me, well I am still waiting. i am supposed to have annual scopes but of course am lucky if I get in every 3 or 4 years.

I am experiencing enormous discomfort, not ... pain especially when I sit down on a low chair, the burning sensation is unbarable but I have been told to stretch and it should relieve it [obviously from some smart ass who has not ever experienced this pain] however here are the sites

http://www.adhesions.org/images/DearBenefitsOfficerLtr_fromIAS..pdf

http://www.thirdage.com/encyclopedia/lysis-of-adhesions-cutting-adhesions-adhesiolysis

I am truly hoping to get some sort of relief, because it is definitely not getting any better and is quite debilitating

take care
