I had gastric by-pass 7 yrs ago. Have had 6 surgeries for adhesions since then. But I had already been full of adhesions before then. Hysto & gall bladder taken out yrs ago. Good luck. Everybody who has this surgery does not get adhesions, unless you already have them. Terrie
