Sepra Film works for some people. It's been around for a while now. I don't think it's one of the better barriers for adhessions, but it may help. I had it put in several years ago(1996) or so after my Hysterectomy. I did pretty well until I had to have surgery again in 2003. They tried to use pieces of it laproscopically in 2005 like Robin said. It didn't work at all. I ended up going to a Doctor that specifically deals with adhessions. He used a newer barrier.
