Don't call yourself A Whimp// These things are very painful.. I would suggest thought that you go see a good pains specialist. and specifically someone who has dealt with adhesions patients.  Everyones different on what they can handle.. I'm pretty pleased that I was able to get on maintnence doses of meds for now.. I'm surprised their leaving you on Percocet for a long period of time. Good Luck
