Is it nerve damage or adhesions?

I have heard that even if a laparscopic operation is considered
minimally invasive, this can cause nerve damage, especially in the
groin. If the pain is sharp at times and sometimes nearly goes away and
then comes back does this sound like adhesions? I get the impression
adhesions produce a "more steady" pain. Is anyone familiar with Dr.
Dellon at the Dellon Institutes? You can google his website. He has
various locations in the country including Dubai!!
