Hello,
I don't know if this will be very helpful or not, but I currently take
Opana 40 mg twice per day and Nucenta 100mg up to three times per day for
break thru pain. It is fairly effective, it does not take away the pain
by any means but does make it tolerable. It also carries the stigma of
"narcotics" even though it's a different type of med. I hope that was
